Dear Alumni,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the St Catherine High School Alumni Association is due on the third Sunday of April, according to Section 11 of our Constitution. This year also requires the election of a new administration to serve the association for the next two years.
The Executive has, however, taken the decision to postpone the holding of this meeting and elections for a period not exceeding three months. This decision has arisen out of the Executive’s recent extensive focus on the preparations for the ISSA Boys & Girls Championships and the efforts toward the end-of-month Penn Relays. We crave your understanding and flexibility during this busy period for us, but see this delay as an opportunity to more effectively plan. We will keep you updated on the new date as soon as it is finalized.

In order to better organize for this AGM and elections, and to consider some constitutional matters, we are announcing the holding of a Special General Meeting and Blue Spirit Social on Saturday, May 25 (venue and time to be confirmed). Also, please save the date to participate in our Labour Day Project on May 23 at the school.
Finally, all are encouraged to pay their membership fees to make their membership status current in order to be eligible to vote. Full membership fee is $2,500 (paid-up status can be half of the annual fee). Fees can be transferred to the St Catherine High PSA, NCB Chequing account 471045918 (St Jago Shopping Centre), or paid at the Special General Meeting by Cash/Card.
